Overview

Moviwell operates moviwell.com, an online store for selected home furniture, children’s play products, kitchen tools, and outdoor games. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Moviwell. By using the site or ordering from us, you agree to these terms and our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the store

You must be of legal age to place an order. Do not use this site or its products for unlawful purposes, interfere with the store, or submit false order information. We may refuse service for misuse or a breach of these terms.

Products and manufacturers

Moviwell is a retailer, not the manufacturer of every item in the collection. Product names and manufacturers are identified on product pages. Third-party brand names belong to their respective owners; listing a brand does not itself claim an official partnership or authorization.

Descriptions and images are based on available manufacturer information. Check the selected size, color, materials, dimensions, age guidance, and included pieces before ordering. Options may differ from the pictured version. Colors vary by screen, and styling accessories shown in photos are not included unless the listing says otherwise. If an item is not as described, contact us under our Refund Policy.

Prices and orders

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change before you order. Your order uses the price displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes are shown before payment. We may limit quantities, correct errors, or cancel unavailable items or orders affected by an obvious listing error. If we cancel a paid order, we will notify you and refund it in full.

Payment

Payments are processed through Shopify and its payment providers. Available payment methods appear at checkout. Moviwell does not receive your full payment card details.

Delivery and returns

Standard shipping is free within the 48 contiguous United States. Estimated total delivery is 4–10 business days, as described in our Shipping Policy. Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Approved returns receive a prepaid label, have no restocking fee, and are refunded within 14 calendar days of our receipt of the returned item. We do not offer direct exchanges. See the full policies for conditions and exceptions.

Assembly, care, and safe use

Follow the manufacturer’s assembly, inspection, cleaning, and care instructions. Use products only as intended and within stated age and weight limits. Check furniture fittings regularly. Children’s play products require appropriate adult supervision; keep small parts and packaging away from young children. Climbing toys and playpens are not substitutes for supervision or approved infant sleep spaces. Kitchen utensils must be used and cleaned according to their instructions. Do not modify products or use damaged items.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranties, where available, are governed by the manufacturer’s conditions and eligibility. Contact us for help locating the relevant information. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Site content and accuracy

The Moviwell name, original copy, and store design are used for this store. Product trademarks and manufacturer content remain the property of their respective owners. Please do not reproduce our original content without permission. We work to keep store information accurate and correct errors when identified.

Liability and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Moviwell is not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of the website or misuse of products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, or restricts your mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming and applicable U.S. federal law, without removing mandatory consumer protections applicable where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version and date published here apply to use of the site, subject to applicable law. Changes do not retrospectively alter the terms of an already accepted order.
